[CORRECTING FOR ERROR, let's switch the pleased and stern photographs, so the pleased one is on the locked cabinet and the stern one is framed on the wall.

so you have uncovered and lit up the two gem clusters behind the stern and scared photos! for the pleased one you need to find a key to the cabinet and also get a look at the colour combination still.

you might notice something under the counter with the locked cabinet, though -- a flat copper bird!]
