I freed his Guilt by accident; she absorbed his manifestation of Penance and she's marching out to overrun the heart. The white lady showed up too -- I'm sorry. We've got to stop her; who here can wield Forgiveness?

Yeah, it didn't really surprise me either. Hope taking down Guilt with Forgiveness kind of makes sense but I'm not sure we can pull it off. What other options do we have?

That's the one. So it's either him or one of you wielding Forgiveness and right now it's still too heavy, right?

Or we make a whole new weapon with a different trait. Like me.

It's in my inventory -- it really is way too heavy.

*deinventories it close to the ground, laying it down with an effort: a shining silver sword*

. . . a new form sounds good, though. It doesn't seem like the right shape for it to work out in the long run -- Forgiveness just stabbing Guilt the way it was. Among other things, if other people get sent in here again, it's easy for them to make the same mistake I did.
