[ --a shriek of laughter from a young woman as you lift her bodily up for teasing you about last night's dinner conversation and haul her off, calling out for some pie as she pounds your back playfully, but it's not long before you put her down and kiss her on the cheek as she kisses your cheek, and the two of you have other things that need doing before everyone met up again for dinner later, but it was still nice to have a laugh-- ]
[ There is a sense of extra fond warmth in the memory. ]
[ The seat is comfortable enough, leaving your feet touching the ground correctly, and-- ]
[ --long days sitting and attending to audiences of grievances from the dwarves, or the dryads reminding of future parties which none of it would be bad at all except it's tempting to just throw out a royal decree and move all of this into someplace more comfortable like out in the orchard that was being planted where there was sun and who would complain overly hard with the summer in full swing-- ]
[ Now who's being dirty? This too feels slightly bigger yet not-- ]
[ --agreeing readily to the party plans, knowing full well you might skip out in the middle of it, and the look your sister shoots back at you means she knows just as much and is as ready to make sure you stay as long as necessary while understanding the inevitable and if nothing else he owes her a dance to make up for it-- ]
[ The throne feels as though it's bigger, and yet not, though-- ]
[ --the clash of swords as you chased a blond haired man with a growing beard and he chased you across the practice yard, knowing full well the both of you had fierce grins because such things were important to take seriously, and yet this is your brother who you know if you elbow him in the side where there was a gap in his armor, he'll jerk back out of ticklishness-- ]
