Taisuke's heart

There's something humming inside of you, a strange new power etches itself into your heart, something you can't quite sense what it is but can feel it's importance. An endless sea of stars stretches before you, shining brightly, but despite the beauty of the scene there's a yearning deep in your gut. You need to go, you need more, you need to move. As if in answer, one light shines brightly in the distance and calls you forward, blinding you as you reach towards it--

The stairs are old, the metal is rusted and feels unsteady beneath your feet. Haphazardly dotted along the walls as you descend are rows of televisions, they're buzzing with static and it's impossible to make out what's going on, though if you stare long enough you might just make out a newscaster...

A girl laughs.

[blinks]

What?

[ALSO FOLLOWING :U does that laugh sound familiar from the memory he saw...]

[Not even a little bit.]

[peering around the sides of the TVs for loose wires or any obvious other source of static, not touching anything yet]

[The TVs are stuck halfway in the wall, you can't get to anything. Unless you smash the walls open, I suppose, but do you really want to go breaking down parts of Fire's heart?]

Fire's heart gets lousy reception.

Maybe it's something he doesn't understand or fully remember yet...

[ spends another couple moments trying to see if he can hears the newscaster saying anything? and, if not, going down the stairs ]

The stairs creak under you, unstable and rickety yet never giving out. You hear the dripping of water as you come to the bottom of the steps, but a wall of fire blocks the doorway. On the wall away from the flames is a hole in the shape of a hand print.

[well, he's going to stick his hand there]

[Something tugs from inside of you and ice spreads out, freezing the flames over.

Now the doorway is blocked by ice.]

[can he summon his keyblade? because apparently Percy is ON FIRE that idiot]

[You can summon your keyblade yes, you'll have to smash your way through that ice to get to him.]

[... can he melt his way through with a fire spell?]
