Apple's Heart

Your arrival is marked by the feel of sand under your feet, with the sound and smell of the ocean wafting in from behind you. A dampness hangs in the air and the sky is overcast. Directly in front of you the sand fades into a grassy hill, on top of which a white castle rests. To the left, a little ways off, you can see tall sandstone cliffs. Off to the right is a large field of sunflowers that stretches out into the distance. There are no paths or signs anywhere to be seen.

This time the Jabberwock gives an irritated hisssss and snaps hard at Red. His tail is effectively slashed, but isn't paying any mind to that at the moment.

It roars, claws scrambling at Red. Sayaka's stab is extremely effective! It is in severe pain. And pissed off. Also kind of blind.

[well ow that hurts my most of me, but nope, just stabbing his claws in deeper, trying to wrench its head to the side, redirecting it away from where Apple's body is]

A claw is freed long enough to slash in Sayaka's general direction, but most if it's anger is directed towards Red at the moment.

[using the Jabberwock's face as a springboard, launching himself up and out of Sayaka's way with a flip]

The stab connects, and Jabberwock vanishes in a puff of mist.
