[ Weren’t you walking up the steps to get into the building just a second ago? Now you’re clearly in a basement room—a makeshift hospital, by the looks of it. There are several cots lined up against the walls, their sheets turned down as if waiting for someone to occupy them. It’s obvious that someone had been trying to keep the place clean until recently, but now… Now there are medical supplies scattered everywhere, and worst of all, there are dead kids lying on the floor, lined up in rows, like tiny fallen soldiers. Their eyes stare sightlessly at the ceiling. A sick sense of acknowledgment hits you—these kids died because of something you did. At the same time, you don’t necessarily feel guilty. It’s just the truth. ]

[ Oh, he recognizes this feeling very well.

Slowly walks towards the closest kid to take a look at them, trying to see if he can tell the cause of death and etc ]

[ Most of the kids look like they've been partially eaten, big chunks of flesh torn away. Others look like they might have died from some kind of illness. ]

[ trying to be super organized!! putting bandages together and medicine and needles and all that good stuff ]

[ The room looks a little cleaner now, at least. ]

[ goes back to looking at the dead kids and then looking at the cots. Are there enough cots for kids? ]

[ There seem to be. ]

[ welp let's take a kid and put them on a cot and see what happens ]

[ Nothing really happens, but now there is a dead kid lying on one of the cots! ]

[ covers them with a blanket ]

[ You feel an odd sense of relief now that you don't have to look at his face anymore. ]

[ time to slowly do this with all the kids then ]

[ Once all of the kids are covered, the room looks a lot better. You feel relieved. ]

[ You can go back up the way you came. ]

[ You end up back in the plaza, where you can go to the McDonalds, the shady area, or head to somewhere else on the map. ]

[ gonna go get a happy meal (even if he doesn't know what that is) ]

[ As you approach the McDonald’s, you can see a skinny black boy standing just outside the front entrance. He holds out a hand as you get closer. ]
