The best thing to do would be to get you a rig, like a rock climber, so you could take breaks without losing your progress. But I doubt you have something like that around here... so it has to be in one shot, does it?

My farthest has been just a third of the way.

But that's fine. I can do a bit more day by day. I'm not good enough now, then I just have to try harder.
