GM - Tiger's Eye

The room is like any other room, really—a cabin with a door, and windows, and beds. But the fireplace never gets warm, and the beds are hard, and the air is cold.

(Is it familiar, this place? It's hard to tell . . .)

On the table there is food—water, and dry bread, and there is a pot of stew that always stays warm, and full, and smells delicious.

There are also five cards, waiting for your decision.

I'm usually more worried about adults who handle a team than a team itself, thanks to my own bad experiences.

...I'm sorry, if they hurt you. But our manager, and our teachers and the staff, they all care about us. They're the ones that pull us out when it gets too dangerous.

[My manager tells me off for saying things like 'I'll fight even if I die' because I'm not respecting my life enough, we're good]

Good. That's what a good manager should be doing. Sometimes when you're on the front lines, you're too close to see when the best thing to do is retreat and come back.
