The room is like any other room, really—a cabin with a door, and windows, and beds. But the fireplace never gets warm, and the beds are hard, and the air is cold.

On the table there is food—water, and dry bread, and there is a pot of stew that always stays warm, and full, and smells delicious.

Yeah, I know. But it means they're more likely to get seriously hurt, not less, unless they just keep playing cards to keep a barrier up.

Does it? If no one knows they're playing the cards and they rack up enough points for a barrier, it seems like they're playing to make it less likely they get hurt.

I'd say don't take them until after we determine what to play. At least two of those look potentially lethal, and one will put someone to sleep.

... I'm not sure that flaying or stones is better than swallowing glass. But none of the options are good, so we'll have to do that.

Just spread them out. No one team should get all three of those.
