Amethyst - Game 198
You find yourself standing in a small, snowy clearing in a pine forest. It's nighttime and bitterly cold, moreso than Camelot; the stars go on forever, and there's a very bright full moon. You can see quite easily. There's a stone archway behind you, and through it you can see the Ring, still with the tables full of mead laid out. Scattered around the clearing are twenty-four free-standing wooden doors, carved and polished. They don't seem like they'd lead anywhere if you opened them, but well, #personae.

Re: Room Selection
What an unpleasant place...
Re: Room Selection
... What the hell...?
Re: Room Selection
...potential...?
Re: Room Selection
Re: Room Selection
--you feel a hand on your arm? The corpse is moving? The man is shaking his head and smiling?
--or maybe you're just hallucinating the longer you're touching the tree, that is a distinct possibility...
Re: Room Selection
Tch... What was that about potential?
Re: Room Selection
[belatedly] It seems to show opposite options. Here. Either or... that's potential.
Re: Room Selection
[watching the man]
Dead or alive, the noose is a constant. There was only one 'option' taken here- someone attempted to kill this man.
Re: Room Selection
Re: Room Selection
The most important thing here is the one thing that's missing- the truth behind what happened to him.

Re: Room Selection
[paintbrush time; this time he's just... painting a big red '?' in the air, SINCE THAT IS A THING YOU CAN DO apparently]
Re: Room Selection
That... yeah, I guess I can get that. Like different possibilities, right?
