You can choose to be an attacker, be a martyr or be an adviser. It is hardest to win as an adviser. But to be an attacker you must be callous and to be a martyr you must have a taste for pain.

The third reads: "inflict major injury"
Obsidian wants to o cut Yuri and Gil off from Vincent

You will play all three cards simultaneously, but choose which order you want them to be used. Reflect turns a card back on whoever played it, nullify cancels a card's action and weaken will bring a card's action down a rank.

The other cards that teams may be playing are martyr cards - a minor, medium or major injury to their own team or adviser cards - reflect a card back to the player, nullify a card's effect and weaken a card's effect. As attacker please choose a team to attack with each of your cards.

Looks like adviser gets people hurt, anyway.

We can do a few things: we can attack a team that we don't think will be defended, we can attack a team that has an adviser, or we can attack a team that's definitely a martyr because that's what they chose. Or we can be random this time through.

All that said, Carnelian will definitely be taking attack. I also think they wouldn't be surprised by receiving a major attack.

And how do we know who chose adviser or martyr? Do you know enough about other teams' play styles?

Yeah, I'm just ignoring it.

I know about Carnelian's style. I played with one of them recently and he told me how they play to win. Attacker suits them. They wouldn't go for anything that would purposely hurt themselves and they definitely wouldn't do something that would make it difficult to win.

Heliodor probably went martyr, if Sora's there, but they're obviously out of the question. I know Emerald used to play that way a lot, too. ... Turquoise went adviser or martyr. It depends on who's playing. Ruby could go any direction. ... I think we could risk a light hit on the knight. They'd be willing to take it, no matter what move they've chosen. That's how they play.

The rest are wild cards.
