Wolf Post

[This room looks exactly like the rooms you're sharing privately with your teams, but the meager spread now includes a number of completely raw meats. And, in addition to the impression of rules you received in your team rooms, you're also keenly aware of a final one just for you:

Any attempt to reveal your role in the game to another team will result not only in your own execution, but the execution of another team as well. The game must stay balanced, after all.]

[Although it is not present, some heroes may have the distinct impression of Jabberwock smiling viciously down on them.]

Looks that way.

[ fft. ]

This first round is really 'unfair' no matter how you cut it . . .

I wasn't expecting a clue so early.

If we didn't get one the votes would be random except for our vote as wolves, right?

. . . [ sigh ] I don't know most of the people here. I feel like it would be suspicious to try too hard to get to know a lot of them.

I do wonder if it's in our best interest to make a strategy where we sacrifice one of our teams for the long win [ doesn't sound super convinced by the idea, just . . . contemplating ]. Right now there's no point in it, but if we receive a clue often enough it will be easily clear to the sheep.
hunting: (you were there and possibly alone)

[personal profile] hunting 2012-08-25 11:10 pm (UTC)(link)
Are you considering Heliodor?

[personal profile] gemuine 2012-08-25 11:13 pm (UTC)(link)
I don't want to sacrifice a team this early in the game. But if asked I have slightly more personal stake in keeping Kunzite around. That's a point I can argue in public -- and if both of you vote against Kunzite then . . . it could work out in our favor.

[ she purses her lips, because this idea sucks no matter how it goes though [

... It makes sense. I can't argue that. You'll need to clear it with Tsuruume.

. . . I'm sorry we have to make such a move so early.

[ gooess to chat with Tsuruume ]

I'd be willing to take that gamble.

I'm sorry. Thank you.

Don't apologize. After Kunzite is gone, there's little to no chance we'll be able to convince everyone to choose Ruby over us. I've supported a wolf victory this far, so there's no reason to refuse a bet of no loss to us.

Ruby played a pretty good move there -- to control the votes. That could be worth using against them, maybe . . .

If you plan to frame Ruby, then you need to kill Iolite.

[personal profile] gemuine 2012-08-25 11:51 pm (UTC)(link)
So far Iolite isn't a bad choice . . . but what makes you say that?
redblossoms: (redwood)

[personal profile] redblossoms 2012-08-25 11:53 pm (UTC)(link)
I told one of them I don't think Ruby are the wolves.

[personal profile] gemuine 2012-08-25 11:55 pm (UTC)(link)
Ah . . . hm, there's also this. I'm not sure how effective framing Ruby would be though, to be honest.

It's -- up to you, how you want to play this.

We could also go the other way and 'frame' you -- but. . .
crusthatecean: (you left me in the dark)

[personal profile] crusthatecean 2012-08-26 12:01 am (UTC)(link)
I know Tavros. If he was a wolf, everyone would know it.

I think framing them is probably futile, but we can try.

[personal profile] gemuine 2012-08-26 12:03 am (UTC)(link)
. . . a really honest type, huh . . .

He's just a terrible liar, and he doesn't have the digestive sac for this kind of thing. He's the most disgustingly nice person I've ever known.

If he were a wolf, he'd make himself obvious in how he reacts.
hunting: (and I feel like giving in)

[personal profile] hunting 2012-08-26 12:07 am (UTC)(link)
I think Alena's right. Tiger's Eye is the better choice. They're clearly allying everyone. With Heliodor, they're strong.

Unfortunately. They're best with strategy. Though... I don't know what the hell they're doing with this this talk right now. They're going to oust us on a completely made-up concept.

[personal profile] gemuine 2012-08-26 12:17 am (UTC)(link)
. . . Everyone's focusing so hard on that, couldn't it also have just been an error? Or the sheep trying to flush out the wolves with this?

I -- don't really want to. Shiny's on our team and. . . I guess that's good cover but . . .
