Team Post: Turquoise

[The room you step into is bare and depressing. Gray, damp stone walls, a dusty and worn table, a few candles providing dim light . . . There is, at least, a meager spread of bread, cheese, and meat laid out on the table. A pitcher of water and a few glasses are set upon it as well.]

[Most notworthy as you enter the room, however, is the sudden implicit understanding of the rules of the game:

1. There are 13 teams, and 3 among them are "wolves". That is, 3 specific teams will be choosing another team to "eat" each night. The team that is selected to be eaten will be killed.
2. Each day, every team must participate in the poll to decide who among them is the most suspicious; the most likely to be one of the wolf teams that is eating someone each night.
3. The two teams chosen as the most suspicious each day will be put up together in a poll for everyone to discuss and vote on. Teams are to vote for who they believe to be the most suspicious between the two, and the team selected as the most suspicious will be executed.
4. Any attempt to save those being put to death will be severely punished.
5. Although the ultimate goal is to find the 3 "wolf" teams, that is not the only way to win memories. This particular rule is left somewhat vague, but there is the impression that Jacobi and Jabberwock will be considering other factors as well . . .

It's difficult, but doable. Last time, when Turquoise were wolves, we had to worry about lying, too.

And I don't have anything against lying, especially to keep ourselves alive, but at least we don't have to worry about that...

Well... it goes along with not being "suspicious", kind of. I mean obviously you can be innocent and unlikeable but... if people already don't like you, they're going to look for more reasons to, or not mind so much if they have to suspect you.

Nobody wants to suspect people who are their friends though, right?

But um... you just keep on being yourself. I'm pretty sure if you changed now it'd be the most suspicious so... just leave the friend making to me, right?

Whatever the case, even if they are wolves, let's not vote for Ruby for now. I think it'll be easier to tell for them later. Is Gust's sister playing?

I did want to protect Ruby anyway, and it looked like we accomplished that. And at least we did more than just sit around.

...Though if people don't vote for us tomorrow, whether or not we're in a clue, I'm going to be really surprised.

Because we look suspicious. The wolves wouldn't take us out because it makes it easier on them if everyone wastes a day voting us out now.

Hey, about the vote on Sapphire-- to be honest, I suspect them too. Mostly because Selenia is being--weird. The questions he asks me are really...leading, but also-- who asks questions like that? They feel forced and unnatural, and he's usually way better at people, except for the one time we spoke and it felt like he was trying to lead me.

Also, did you catch how he answered Naoto's question about who voted in the first suspicion? He said 'do you want us to answer now'? Which-- what a pointless thing to ask, first of all. Of course she wanted that. but it's a way that he can appear helpful by being present and answering, while stalling.

...he asked about sacrifice and survival, too. It's difficult to say what he truly wants.

Right. And I mean... we'd basically already answered that question in several different places and ways; if he were paying attention, he'd know. So asking straight out just... it feels so weird and-- like I said, unnatural.

I really can't get a clear read on the guy, to be honest. He's always creeped me out. It could just be him trying to be a controlling, neutral sheep. It's hard to say.

Yeah, I guess that's a possibility, too. Like I said-- it's not the first time he's tried to steer a conversation with me, and the last time wasn't even in a game. So maybe he's just creepy and controlling.

But it looks bad, in a game like this.

Tch. . .we need to figure a way out of this. Ruby's too confused, Sapphire has their own agenda, Citrine thinks we're idiots, and everyone else is too cowardly to make themselves known.

Okay, this is enough. Ruby and Sapphire are dead, so the last wolves are Emerald or Carnelian.

We need to pick the right one and end this stupid game now. I'm ready to get back home.
