[ You step into a wooden room that smells of the sea; stand still long enough and you’ll notice the room is rocking very faintly. A round table sits in the middle of the room with wooden chairs lining the edges. At the back of the room sits two large, locked treasure chests, to the side an open closet. Inside are PIRATE CLOTHES, captain hats, bandannas, FAKE HOOKS, and the like.. A piece of paper lays on the table, along with an ink well and a feather pen. The door locks behind you as you enter; looking out the porthole now reveals an endless sea. ]

Brandishing around while being pompous and catching my keyblade in a really annoying way in the middle of a fight, I think. Fought a guy with one of those once. When I met the other version of Peter, actually.

For the ship...Beatrice and I are thinking of making it really fast. Not as tough, maybe, but harder to hit.

I guess it depends on what you mean by maxing. I think something really fast would be good.

It did say there's nothing wrong with maxing out both speed and power, right? So we ought to aim for that perfect balance!!

So definitely three masts, then! I bet metal would be really slow, so...heavy wood?

Light wood would probably be the best for speed, but it would tax us on defense. However, a sufficiently fast ship doesn't even need to worry about defense...

Yeah, speed can be its own kind of defense. That's how I'm used to fighting, anyway. In that case...light wood and not too many cannons, I think those are heavy.

I guess that depends on whether we'll need to shoot something...kind of hard to tell! If we're looking for buried treasure on islands or something, we just need speed.

A medium ship, with heavy wood, we could have few canons and three masts instead? If the goal is to search for treasure then fighting would simply be a waste of time.

Do you think light wood might be better for speed? Well, as I was saying, we do not need an excess of cannons in order to destroy our opponents, if it comes to that. What of our crew?

Light would be better, but we might also get sunk in one unfortunate blow. As for the crew, we could take a large one for speed, and if they weigh us down, get rid of the excess.
