You find yourself in a densely wooded area, in a small clearing, facing a cabin. The windows all seem to be closed tightly, and there is a red "x" painted on the door.

There are several narrow pathways leading away into the forest, but it is dim and misty in the approaching twilight. Vines hang low from the trees, curling slightly, and the air is hushed and too quiet. There are no sounds of birds or animals.

[wobbles a little dangerously, but reaches out and grabs the trunk to steady himself. now. Is the ribbon still attached to the branch or is it mysteriously floating in air without the branch there. because if it is, I am giving up on it]
