...It's senseless.

It's pretty horrific, yea. But there's all sorts out there. Thankfully not all of the bad ones are this bad.

Then we stop them before they act.

There's a lot of killers in the world, kid. One kind isn't any actually better than the others, but it's hard not to think his type is worse than the rest of the lot.
