Three pebbles are on one side and nine on the other. There are three doors on the wall opposite you (past the scales). Each door is made of dark wood and has gold lettering.]

The ultimate goal is actually to provide treatment and rehabilitation to mentally disturbed individuals so they can ultimately rejoin society as functional, productive members of it.

I could make it more complete, if you'd like. A psychiatric evaluation, if John is deemed mentally fit by a team of professionals, then a trial on several charges of premeditated murder, if he's not, then institutionalization with regular reports on his progress.
