You sit on the other side of the stage now, in an auditorium full of cracked and dusty stone chairs. It's cold and uncomfortable, but the stage before you still commands your attention, with the curtains now drawn back and shadows flickering upon it.

...I guess if he wanted to destroy the market and overflow it with surplus silk, he would want to grab the spider eggs and raise his own giant spiders -- and make sure no-one else has access to them. After that he should be able to achieve a monopoly on silk and then raise prices once he has no competition.

It will be.
The only trick is getting the spider eggs. The spider probably uses a Megacolony deck, so our Adventurer trained against several other Megacolony fighters to learn the deck inside and out. That way, once he faces the spider in a cardfight, he'd know what to expect and be able to react accordingly.
