KUNZITE

You're on a sandbar in a shallow bay with a Kunzite canopy shielding you from the hot sun. Some distance away in the bay, you can make out another sandbar with an Emerald canopy on it, but it's too far away to see any more details.

Is it—

[ EXCITED?? ]

Yes, that's very much a pocketwatch!!

[you are very excited about a pocketwatch]

Does that mean something to you?

[ when am I not excited about a thing ]

Ah, well, it might be something similar! I think?
seasidelove: (darkly deeply)

You think?

[hmm]

Help me describe it, then!

I think. It went on the wrist, and I am not sure about these— [ indicating the hands?? ] but the circle and numbers were certainly there!

Yes! Let's do our best as always.

What do they do, Meringue-san?

Re: DISCUSSION

They point at the right time.

The big hand points at the hour, and the little hands point at the minute.

Re: DISCUSSION

I see! So that's what the numbers would be for, as well...

Re: DISCUSSION

Mhm... So, it's a clock that you can put in your pocket. It's small, and the hands point to the right time. The big hand is for the hours, and the small hand is for the minutes.

Mm...

It's a clock that you put in your pocket. The big hand points to the hour, and the little hand points to the minutes. Is there anything else...?

Scissors can also be used to literally tell stories — if you try hard enough, you can pretend that the pointy ends are a mouth! If you move them, you can mimic a mouth, and you can use it like a puppet. If you knew alchemy, you could synthesize it to be a sword! Or something big that you could fight with in general.
