CORAL
You find yourself back on the race track, this time with a variety of materials scattered across several tables. The audience cheering has died down, but you can still hear distant voices, murmuring, waiting.
[INSTRUCTIONS]
Once you have completed this task, the race will begin! You will have an opportunity to pit your mount against other teams, and, if you spend points for them, use boosts to your benefit--or sabotage others. Keep in mind that other teams have this option as well, and your team may end up being the target of a sabotage spell. Certain stats may protect you from sabotage spells, but if they’re too low, you might have a problem. Lastly, although a well-balanced chariot may help you in the race, it does not guarantee a win in the game.
[BUILD YOUR CHARIOT]
Your chariot right now is a plain-looking two wheeler that creaks a bit when you ride it. It’s big enough to fit your entire team, but you’ll be somewhat cramped. Your mount is a single horse, who is somewhat old and lazy. Your wheels are bronze and slightly rusted. The reigns are made of coarse rope. You get the sense that this chariot will certainly do the trick if necessary, buuuuut it won’t be great.
Your current stats are:
You have 600 points to spend. NOTE: You cannot race with a chariot that has a stat of 0 or less; all stats must have a value of at least 1 to race in the final product.
To see what upgrades and bonuses you can spend with your points, go here!

Re: [DISCUSS]
Ah.
Re: [DISCUSS]
[- but she'll drop into a curtsy a second later.]
- I'm Crystal. Good to be working with you.
Re: [DISCUSS]
I'm called Coronet. It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance.
... I have to confess I know next to nothing about chariots.
Re: [DISCUSS]
That makes two of us. At least we'll be on the same page, though.
[she frowns a bit.]
- I wonder if we'll automatically know how to drive the thing once it's done?
Re: [DISCUSS]
Re: [DISCUSS]
So. Upgrading it. Four wheels and something else? If nothing else, we would be a little steadier.
Re: [DISCUSS]
Four wheels goes without saying, yes. Knowing the rest of my team, I believe the preferred steed would be the "pretty pony." That does take care of the majority of our points, but I'd rather play the game in a... Coral-like fashion, I suppose. And the pony certainly does have good stats.
Re: [DISCUSS]
It does, but the stats are worth it.
Since we're playing it Coral-style, do you want to go with painting the chariot in your color, then adding a Sterling sticker?

Re: [DISCUSS]
And then we can take advantage of the confusion and ride on to victory, hm?
Re: [DISCUSS]
Re: [DISCUSS]
A rapier, really? That's my preferred type of sword as well.
Re: [DISCUSS]
I'll have to show you Myrtenaster once we're done here. It feels a little weird not to have her on me, but that's how it goes, I suppose.
