When you enter your team's clearing, you feel an uncomfortable chill, a cold that settles in your chest. Even under the sun, you can't seem to warm up as you shiver. At least, you still can move about albeit with some sniffling, coughs, and sneezes.

In the center of the clearing, there is a small patch of overturned earth, dense and fibrous.

They're all about personal bonds with people here though, right? S'not like they care about what we feel elsewhere so long as they get what they want here. That's what it seems like.

No, I don't think that's true at all, especially not for Persephone. She's interested, and she really cares. Please don't make assumptions.

If she cared then she'd know these sort of things aren't ones you just tell people for a game.

Not everyone has a problem discussing their feelings freely. There are people who would mention it whether it's a game or not, and whether they decide to or don't is their choice. If you don't wish to say, then I already said you don't need to. But you shouldn't be harsh because she asked, regardless of what the setting is.

Sorry, but I don't think these sorts of things are appropriate for what these lot and when they want it. If I went up and said something dumb like "I like you" to you you might just take it as part of the game and not seriously.

If people use it, fine, but I'm not gonna do something for it and I'm not going to pretend half of what this lot do is alright.

That's why it's a choice whether or not you do it. If you're not comfortable with it, then you don't. I don't take these lightly, you know. If I say something, whether it's in a game or not, it's sincere. I would expect that much from everyone else too. So please don't say something like that to someone if you don't mean it.

There's a reason I just don't play. But I'm not going to pretend I agree with it or think it's alright. I've always told 'em what I thought about their games and I'm not gonna change it.

Then please leave it at that and don't take it as an excuse to say disparaging things about someone I consider a friend.

If it was anyone else, I think I would sit out and not play too. So it's not as if I don't understand that. But...because she's my friend, I know it's different. And I want to be able to tell her that I did what I could, even if it isn't everything. And if there are things that I can't do, then I won't. But I won't point the finger at her when it's my own choice.

Except it's not really a choice when you've a bunch of people counting on you. Or you want your memories back. And I do. She's a Persona, I'm not gonna trust her just 'cause I'm told to. Not when they can do whatever they want to us whenever.
