I agreed with Kunzite that the woman should be able to do whatever she wanted with regards to her marriage.

We told her to wait three more months before remarrying and gave her half of the husband's estate.

We let her do what she wanted with the estate as well while he was gone, but we returned half of it to her husband upon his return.

When he came back, we made him buy back the rest of the estate if he wanted it.
