MYTHO'S HEART

[As you enter the heart, you descend down into an expansive cavern. The walls are dark and rough, with openings carved into them at intervals. Descending, you cannot make out what lies within beyond the shadows cast by their walls. Besides, many of them are so far up on the walls of the cavern that you would have no hope of reaching them but there are a few that line the bottom of the cavern’s walls. Looking down, you see a white island that seems to be made entirely out of feathers resting in a wide, dark lake that reaches the walls of the cavern. There is a great white tree, curved like the wing of a swan, in the center of the island. When you finally land among the feathers, you can see that it is shielding a piece of glass laid into the feathers that make up the island. Within the glass sleeps Cloud with a crown of gold on his head, dressed in a prince’s finery. In both his hands, he holds a sword with two white swans at its hilt. His eyes are closed but his expression seems pained, as if his slumber is tormented by nightmares.]
