[Quest for Selenia]
[There's a tugging sensation, and the scenery around you blurs. When it resolves itself, you're standing in an impressive -- albeit not very long -- hallway. The walls are old stone and the ceiling is high. The floor is marble. The wall behind you is mostly taken up by a large painting, under which stands a tall porcelain vase containing white lilies. At the other end of the hall is a large wooden door.
There are four other doors, two on each of the remaining walls. These doors appear to have a small paintings hung on them in lieu of any other identifying feature.]

Re: THE HALL
A painting hangs on the back wall. Under it, on a wooden stand, is an old-fashioned phonograph. It seems to be the source of the music.

Inside is a key.

[now heading out to go to the second door, with the bell flowers.]
Re: THE HALL
The wrought-iron frame of a daybed, sans mattress, stands in the middle of the room. White roses have been woven into the slats, covering the whole thing. Gauzy fabric is pinned to the ceiling so that it hangs down in gentle waves, and there seem to be tiny flickering lights above it, though the details are hard to make out... in a corner is a dressmaker's dummy.
A painting hangs on the back wall.

Who would make a bed of thorns...?
[PUTTING ON HIS GLOVES FIRST]
Re: THE HALL
Even through the gloves, a thorn eventually scratches you... and a drop of blood falls onto one white rose, staining it a vivid crimson.
There's a ting sound from above.
