Create an appetizer course. It should be light, tasty, and have a variety of flavors. It should be easy to eat, and not be too large, since there are other courses to follow.

The main ingredient you should use for this is portobello mushroom.

These are stuffed mushrooms that we put peppers and cheese in and then put in the oven. Then we added soy sauce! They're very professional. Beatrice broke a plate! You should eat them.
