[ You find yourselves in a small room, with only a fireplace, table, chairs, and all the crafting supplies you could need for company. After you settle down, Morgan's voice can be heard in the room. ]
Your task today is to help the Green Knight and I settle a bet. We are interested in hearing love stories; perhaps from your worlds, those you have learned in Aather, or even from your imaginations. The individuals who present a story that pleases the Green Knight or I the most will receive a special boon, in addition to any memories won.

Round One
Also, remember that a broad question will receive an equally broad answer.

((OOC: Dollmaker time! My personal suggestions would be the dwarf maker, Vikings!, or Heroine Creator. The sky's the limit though, so use whatever your heart desires.))

Re: Final Submission
"There was once a young girl and a young boy. The boy was a charming young prince who spent his childhood dreaming of the day he could become a fierce warrior and fight to protect his country, but as he grew it was discovered his health was too poor for that to ever be a possibility. The girl, a dear friend of his, decided she would take up his dream and carry it out for him. She hoped to bring back tales of grand battles and noble victories to regale him with, and she trained fiercely each and every day until she earned her place among the knights of the land. He was always thrilled to hear of her adventures, even moreso than the tales the other knights brought back for him as well. She was his dearest friend after all—the one that he truly cherished.
Unfortunately wars are dangerous things. There came a day when the prince's knight did not return to him. The enemies they were fighting were clever, ruthless, and sly. The knights fought valiantly, but not all battles will be won, regardless of the cause or quality of the fighters. Many lives were lost, and those remaining were captured as prisoners of war. The knight worked feverishly to free herself and the others, but with the attention on them, there was not much she could do.
The prince, who knew her better than anyone, knew that she would be striving to save anyone, and knew that the only way to give her a chance was to take the political attention of his enemies on himself. He used his clout as prince to call upon several of his father's closest and strongest allies. In any other situation he may have been discreet, but discretion wasn't his goal here. He ensured that his scheming was just obvious enough to be taken notice of, making himself suddenly much more worthy of attention than a few captured knights. The enemy couldn't possibly overlook the crown prince of a nation they were at war with gathering strength like that.
With her captors attention pulled in other directions, the brave knight was able to develop a plan for escape along with her fellow prisoners. But the enemies acted strangely -- they demanded a meeting to negotiate the terms of release. He couldn't possibly not go, but at the same time, there was no doubt it was a threat. He agreed to meet in a neutral place, but even that wasn't enough -- the enemy closed in...
But the knight, with her army of knights and others she had freed, swooped in on the enemy, who hadn't expected them to still be a threat! She decimated the enemy and swept up the prince, delivering him to safety.
Perhaps he did not even need to confess his love; perhaps it was apparent between them with how closely they had been able to work together even when separated."]
