Peridot - Game 198

You find yourself standing in a small, snowy clearing in a pine forest. It's nighttime and bitterly cold, moreso than Camelot; the stars go on forever, and there's a very bright full moon. You can see quite easily. There's a stone archway behind you, and through it you can see the Ring, still with the tables full of mead laid out. Scattered around the clearing are twenty-four free-standing wooden doors, carved and polished. They don't seem like they'd lead anywhere if you opened them, but well, #personae.

Huh . . . The gold looks like the obvious choice, but a business deal is pretty powerful too.

I'd pick the business deal over the gold. It feels less obvious.

We can draw a circle around their hands. Him offering and her accepting?

Sounds good. The reason... something like, gold is meaningless without the spirit of trade, so without a doubt, trade outweighs gold itself?
crueltobekind: (But you love me all the same)

That sounds good to me. And the power granted is a greater business network which can reap even more profits in the future.
fragmentedimago: (why'd you have to be so cute?)

That's it exactly.

[let's circle them I'll do it with an artistic flourish because I'm an asshole]
