Stepping through the curtains behind your team's stage, you find yourself in a green room with a line of mirrors and make up along one wall, a wardrobe along the other, and a nice catering spread on the third. In the middle of the room is a table with a pink notice written in sparkly purple pen that reads:

Aather's First Ever Total Hottie Auction

Have you ever wondered who's the hottest, most attractive, most fantastic person in all of Aather? Well it's obviously me, but number two counts for something, right?

Today we're going to have an contest to find out who's the hottest of the hot in Aather's First Ever Total Hottie Auction! First you'll need to decide among your team who's got the hots to rival everyone else. Next, pick an auctioneer who's got what it takes to sell your stuff. I'm giving you some supplies so like totally don't cheat on making yourself look beautiful!

Once all the contestants are decided it's time to let the bidding begin! We'll have three rounds of super fast super fun auctions! Everyone gets 500 points to bid but don't be afraid to be creative to bag a good one, okay?

Like, let the game begin!

[[OOC Instructions:

Pre Game:

Your teams must ICly decide on who will be their contestant for the game and who will be the auctioneer. You can also use selfies/trashy.com/what have you to dress your contestant up. Please try to keep this discussion brief.

Auctions:

There will be three rounds of auctions. Each character has 500 points for bidding for the entire game. You may bid on multiple contestants per round but you'll be penalized for bidding more than your total number of points, so bid wisely!

Outside of the auctions, points can be given and exchanged only within a team. For example, Bob and Sue are on Peridot. Bob can give all his points to Sue, giving Sue 1000 points. But Sue cannot give her 1000 points to Jill on Tiger's Eye.

Bids for contestants are not limited to points. Feel free to add other things into your bids, like offers to do chores or perform a service for the team in question.]]

...There's a lot of people bidding this round though. We'll have a lot of competition.

Let's let them spend their money.
snakeeyed: (Let me put it this way.)

[personal profile] snakeeyed 2013-02-24 02:08 am (UTC)(link)
But if they spend it now, we'll have an easier time of it in the future.

So we'll wait until the next round then?

Unless you want one of these. I can't imagine Erika going for much, but bidding on her might mean being obligated to go on a date.

. . . That's pretty important to consider too.

Haaa, well, she's bringing more than she's worth now in any event.
ex_resignation472: (let's go on american idol.)

[personal profile] ex_resignation472 2013-02-24 02:43 am (UTC)(link)
So she's the one you don't like?
snakeeyed: (Out of curiosity why do you ask?)

[personal profile] snakeeyed 2013-02-24 02:43 am (UTC)(link)
Not that precisely, but she's unpleasant enough.
snakeeyed: (I am not a great fool)

[personal profile] snakeeyed 2013-02-24 02:45 am (UTC)(link)
She is that.
