Erika heart

You get the sense that you pass through a door, but it shuts immediately behind you. However, when you look back, there is nothing but a dead end wall behind you. There is carpet is lush beneath your feet, and the corners are free of dust. Except for the lack of any actual entrance, it could easily be the entranceway of a lavish mansion.

Any magical or otherwise supernatural abilities you have are disabled.

Aha! Where are you?

[wandering back over to the index, because he's focused enough to talk to her, but not really to . . . find her]
aprettygirl: (talking of Michelangelo.)

*at this stage she is probably twenty feet up the wall so good luck with that pigeonbro*

Ahaha, doing some investigating up top! It's not particularly paying off. . .

[well. I can fly. but I'm not going to so yeah]

Nothing? There must be some key here.

[looking over the index again, and then going to pull out A1]

[how odd . . . I expected it to be her first day in Aather. I would imagine that would be noteworthy enough . . . perhaps they aren't chronological?

testing this by trying A2!]

[well damn Erika that's just OVERACHIEVING. wait though some important information just appeared in this memory]

--Foolish girl! It's obvious that ninja are more impressive and fascinating than robots! . . . I suppose if she had few memories at the time, she might not have realized her mistake. Surely by now she has learned.

[MUTTER MUTTER. poring over the index curiously:]

[She had mentioned her first game, despite knowing nothing of quests. Was that that first memory after all? What a terrifying girl, to perform so with a single memory to her name. Then perhaps I was correct, and they are chronological in nature. A1, victory. A2, A3, Aather . . . that is where she learned of this place.]

[pulling A4, for Beato!]

I recall that joke of a game. So she'd not yet lost; the order is more straightforward than I'd guessed. Ha! How we must have disappointed her.

[idly searching the index for A5. pulling the book when it's not there!]

E? Has she blocked out her own memories now?

[dragging it over to the index! stacking it there and looking to see if anything else is missing, though only paying attention to As for now.

pulling A11 and A25!]

Perhaps some research is in order . . .

Something in one of the books, perhaps? I don't relish the thought of reading every memory here, but maybe it will be obviously significant . . .
aprettygirl: (curiouser.)

Well, I for one rather appreciate the chance to get to know her better.
