You’re trespassing, but once you start falling, there is no stopping it, is there?

You tumble through the blackness, and you think you can hear a strange clock-like ticking noise that grows louder and louder as you fall. But before you can really listen, you lose consciousness. . .]

[. . . and just as suddenly, you awake, eyes snapping open to. . . more darkness? You’re seated at a standard poker table, which is lit only by a series of eight candles lined up in the center, their flames dancing playfully on the wicks. They cast a dim glow around the area, so you can see the table and everyone else who is there with you, but everything beyond that circle of light is shrouded in blackness. Somewhere in the distance, you think you might hear the sound of a ticking clock.

Across from you sits a man dressed in all white, the brim of his top hat tilted ever so slightly over his expression, one eye shielded with a shimmering monocle.

He smiles.]

Ah. . . now this is interesting.

The Casino

[The cheerful music probably reaches your ears first, but you drop through the trap door into a vast, brightly lit casino. The carpeted floor is a blend of green, red, yellow, and purple patterns, and the walls are painted a deep, dusky blue. The entire room is brightly illuminated by elaborate candle chandeliers hanging from the ceilings and colorful neon lights on the walls. Each light is twisted into a particular shape-- there are stars, moons, and bright white doves. The ceiling is glass, but underneath the glass you can see a series of clockwork gears moving slowly. There are windows too, which look out to a clear night sky, but it's difficult to see anything beyond that. The The entire area feels warm, safe, playful, and inviting, and the ticking from earlier is much louder here. A sign made out of colorful neon lights hangs from the ceiling:]

THE CLOCKTOWER CASINO

[There’s a single, half-circle blackjack table set up in the center of the room. Slot machines that are humming musical tunes line the back wall, along with a counter that looks like a drink bar. There are three doors in the room too, each with a picture of a card on the front. The King and Jack of Clubs are on your left, while the Queen Clubs is on your right]

The Petting Zoo

[Your senses are immediately assaulted by fresh air and sunlight (sunlight? Didn't you see a night sky looking out of the windows back in the casino?). You've walked out into a vast, spacious courtyard right outside the clocktower. The grass beneath your feet is green, and there seems to be a gentle breeze brushing up against your skin. If you look behind you, you can see the tower extending tall above your head, though you can't seem to see the roof no matter how hard you try. Out in the courtyard is an easel with a chalkboard, with the following written on it:]

The Coral Petting Zoo

[But most importantly, there are animals everywhere.

There is a hound lying on his back, tongue lolling out of his mouth and legs sticking up in the air as a calico-colored cat bats at his snout with his paws. A fluffy gray rabbit sits nearby, nested comfortable into a bundle of cloth. A raccoon with a Coral pink mask is perched in a tree branch, snoozing comfortably. There’s also a lizard sunbathing contentedly next to the raccoon. Next to those two sit two songbirds-- a canary and a nightingale-- who are tweeting and singing happily, filling the air with cheerful music (♪ lu li la lu li la ♪). A dove preens her feathers nearby as well. A fawn, a ferret, a baby lion cub, and a mouse all huddle in one corner of the yard, nibbling at a delicious looking pie (though the mouse looks a little grumpy). There’s a tank sitting in the corner of the stable, with a small shark and a pink sea anemone floating inside of it.

And finally, for those of you who know Dragonfly, he is standing amidst all of the animals, tying a cute little pink bow on top of the fawn’s head, blue eyes sparkling with cheer and mischief. An actual dragonfly sits on his shoulder.

The Security Room

[The glass clockwork ceiling extends into the casino security office you step into, and while this room is much quieter than the game room it is also much more cluttered. An L-shaped desk with a series of closed-circuit security television screens sitting on top of it lines two walls. Squishy rolly chairs are pushed up next to the desk, but they are covered in various magic effects, disguise materials, copper and glass shards, and tools (some of which spill onto the floors and into the corners of the room). Newspapers, open donut boxes, and lukewarm cups of coffee are also scattered on the desk (seriously, this room is a mess). There’s also a weapon rack in one other corner of the room-- it’s carrying a few knives, a sword, and some materia. A large portrait hangs on the back wall, next to a chalkboard with the following written on it in big, blocky letters:]

[In one of the chairs (the only one that isn’t covered in nick knacks) sits a phoenix. Her red and gold plumage shimmer brightly, tail aflame and swishing back and forth in an even rhythm. She is currently pecking at some apples in a bowl seated in front of her, and hasn't seemed to notice your presence yet. There's also an empty candelabra propped up against the apple bowl.]

[As soon as you open the door you see a-- no, actually, you see nothing because a bucket of water immediately falls on top of your head. You are now soaking wet! With a bucket on your head.

You can hear Kid laughing at you from. . . somewhere, though his voice is distant]

The Secret Attic

[You climb the rope ladder and push through the ceiling trap door into a small attic room. The gentle ticking of the clocktower is louder up here, but it doesn't seem to disturb your thought processes that much. The room is lit gently with scattered candle lamps, and the floor is absolutely covered in comfortable, squishy floor pillows (though they’re scattered enough in strategic places that there is room for you to walk, of course). Posters of video game characters, popular magicians, and various Aather monsters line the walls, and glow-in-the-dark stars dot the ceiling. On one wall there is a large window, though a pair of blue curtains are drawn over it, obscuring it from view. Next to the window is a table with a set of paints and paintbrushes. There also seems to be a bookcase with various books and board games and firework boxes crammed haphazardly into it tucked into one of the corners of the room. There's a chalkboard in this room. It says:]

[With that last name being written in white. A kit fox with a coral pink bandana tied around its neck is curled up on one of the floor pillows, snoozing quietly. On the windowsill sits a dove and a raven, both of them pecking happily and hungrily at some bird seed. The room is small, but it feels intensely cozy.]

The Elevator

[Remember that push you felt earlier, at the beginning of the game? You feel it again as you drop through the trap door, only it’s much more insistent this time around. Even so, you fall into darkness. . .

And eventually land hard on the cold, black marble floor of an elevator. The front doors are shut tight, walls so dark that they feel like they might be closing it around you. You feel. . . claustrophobic.

The elevator buttons are on the walls next to the doors. There are four in total:

All three buttons are lit. The overhead lighting flickers dimly above your head]

Casino Basement

[Again, you find yourself dropping down into another one-room casino, but you’ll immediately notice that this one is very different than the one you came across earlier. The color has drained from the carpet and the walls. The room is dark, with only a few torches to light the area. They cast dark, ominous shadows in every corner of the room. The carpet beneath your feet is shredded and ripped, like someone took a knife to the cloth in an attempt to tear it up. The walls are dented and chipped, visible cracks running up and down the surface. . . the cracks make it look as though they might tumble down any second now. The slot machines in the back of the room are broken and devoid of life, while the drink bar shelves are empty. Shattered glass from broken bottles, broken neon lights, and broken slot machines is scattered all over the ground. Watch where you step.

The ceiling here is glass with clockwork gears underneath it as well. But unlike above, none of the gears here are moving, and the glass is cracked. You can't hear that ticking noise that followed you through most of your journey through the casino. A sign hangs from the ceiling as well:]

Basement Storage. Proceed With Caution

[In the center of the room is a stone pedestal with a glass box resting on top of it. There are three doors in this room as well-- two on your left (King and Jack of Spades), and one on your right (Queen of Spades).]

Interrogation Room

[You step into an interrogation room, one right out of those casino movies (or at least a police station). Most of the interrogation room is dark save for a single lightbulb hanging from the ceiling. The lighting is harsh and stings your eyes, but you can see the walls of this room are cracked and chipped too. A plain, white table sits in the center of the room, one chair on each side, and on top of the table is another portrait (though this one has a knife stuck right into it). A large pool of fresh blood is splattered across the stone floor, the source unknown. Weapons are also scattered across the ground: knives with their blades bloodied, guns smelling freshly of gunpowder, empty vials of poison, all thrown aside haphazardly after their use. One of the walls is covered with a one-way looking glass-- for you, on this side of the interrogation room, it is nothing but a mirror. The other wall has this symbol with a giant 'X' crossing it out spray-painted on it. A Jasper uniform, ripped and torn to shreds, rests on one of the chairs at the table.

There's a chalkboard hanging on the wall across you. The handwriting on this one is jagged and rushed]

The Underground Parking Lot

[This time you step into a giant, spacious underground parking garage, though instead of cars, this one contains the Ring, Wonderland version. The marble stone of said Ring is chipped and tarnished, and much like the area before it, the walls of the parking garage also look like they're falling apart. Half of the Ring is submerged in water, but that may not necessarily be comforting considering the live wires that hang from a broken light above it. They spark periodically. Watch your step. And don't touch the water.

But what is probably even more eye-catching is the assortment of chains and rope that hang from the ceiling. There are a bunch of them, and they all drape across the area-- some zig zag from ceiling to wall, some hang freely dangle onto the ground. Either way, there are so many of them that it seems impossible to traverse through the area without bumping into one of them. There's an easel with a chalkboard in this room as well, positioned well away from the chains above the Ring.]

[HEADING TOWARDS THE EASEL AND CHALKBOARD FIRST]

The Puppet Room

[The first thing that catches your eye when you step into the room is the puppet sized stage. It’s red curtains are drawn, and a Kaitou Kid marionette rests on the stage in front of the curtains, head and arms bowed forward as it sits there lifelessly. Two lit torches flank the walls around the stage. The second thing that catches your eyes is probably the mirrors. There are mirrors everywhere in this room, covering the right and left walls, the ceiling, and the ground underneath your feet.

The blackboard in this room hands over the mirrors. The handwriting is jagged, the letters large enough to stretch across the entire board.]

[There seems to be room behind the puppet-sized stage, but the area behind it is shielded with drawn curtains.]

The Prison: Cell-block 1

[SPLASH. You fall up to your waist into a tank of water. A small tank of water, as there's barely enough room inside of it for you to stretch. The glass surrounding you is so foggy you can't see outside.

The lid above the tank slams shut over your head, trapping you within.]

The Sanctuary

[For those of you who remember Three’s Elevator Game, this room probably looks incredibly familiar. It’s the interior of a stone elevator-- there are no windows. The torches that light this room burn with so much intensity that it almost seems like they might set something on fire (thankfully, they don’t). But despite the enclosed area. . . it doesn’t feel claustrophobic. It doesn’t even feel dangerous. It just feels like it’s mourning.

A man sits in a cushioned chair, one leg crossed over the other, a book propped open in his lap. He’s smiling at you when you enter, expression friendly and sincere. Next to his chair is a bookcase, which is stuffed to capacity with a multi-colored assortment of novels. A coffee table sits in front of him with a tea set on it, though an assortment of small, palm-sized items and stuffed animals are spread out across the table as well.

There’s another trap door in this room, too]

Welcome. [The man says as he slowly closes his book-- you can see the title now. It’s The Adventures of Arsene Lupin] I wasn’t sure Kaito-kun would allow anyone to make it this far down.

[You drop straight into what looks like a prison cell-- a rather large prison cell. It seems to be shrouded in mist, too. . . oh, wait, this isn't mist.

For those of you familiar with the Jabberwock, those gleaming eyes and teeth in the darkness are probably familiar.]

Who isssss thissssssss?

[Luckily for you, the cell door seems to be open behind you, which leaves the prison hallway beyond completely accessible.]

The Clocktower Rooftop

[When you open your eyes, you suddenly find yourself... outside? You’re staring at the vast expanse of the navy blue night sky, which is littered with twinkling stars, a waning crescent moon hanging clear in the sky among them. You're on a rooftop, concrete underneath your feet, and underneath the blanket of stars lies the landscape of a city skyline. The shimmering city lights don't seem to neutralize the starlight at all, and in tandem the two seem to cast a warm, comforting, pleasant glow on the entire scene.

And in addition to that, you can hear a steady, pervasive rhythm of something ticking underneath your feet...

At the edge of the roof sits a familiar figure dressed in white and blue, legs dangling over the into the air. He has ditched the cape and jacket of his fancy Kid getup, and seems to be in the process of sweeping off his hat (a hat which is trimmed in Coral pink).]
