[ You find yourself within a great hall. It's not much warmer inside than it was outside, unless you move closer to the fireplace. However, on the long table at the back of the room, there is a great feast spread out. Every delicious food or drink that you could desire is somehow there.

At the head of the table, you'll find a sealed letter, paper in all the colors of the rainbow, and some crafting supplies. ]

[ Once the seal is broken and the letter open, the Green Knight's voice fills the room. The instructions can also be read on the letter:

"Heroes, your task is to design a gift for another team. You will not know the identify of the team that will receive your gift, nor will they know who it is from. Design something creative and useful for this exchange of gifts, and you will be rewarded. Use the supplies provided to write a description, sketch out, or design a model of your gift. Any knight assisting a team during this game will receive a small boon at the end." ]

((OOC: You have an hour and a half to design a gift for another team. You character will ~magically~ know that the gift must be something small to medium sized that can easily fit into team living spaces. Anything super technological is right out, as are living creatures. If you are unsure about your gift, just pm me in irc!))

Hmmm.... You got any ideas? I'm gonna be honest, I'm drawing a blank here.

Cups, kitchen sets, shelves, bath stuff, drawers, chairs, pillows, clothes, bags... they all sound kind of boring, but maybe we could make them fun!

Maybe clothes! But with a theme... something interesting and fun and not these uniforms.

The problem is making sure they'd fit everyone... can we ask the personae about that? And can we make more than one thing?

If we design clothing, would you make sure it fits everyone on that team? Is it okay to make more than one set of presents too?

How about we make a set for the girls and a set for the boys, and we can add a bag for the team accesory, and... what else...

Ah! There's tons of other stuff people need too. Maybe in the bags we could put useful things you need in Aather, like a bug net to catch those pudding dragonflies, and rope, and jars... stuff like that!

Hey, that's a great idea! It'd be like an "Aather exploration kit".

Yup. And if we want to do a theme, then the clothing could be exploration clothes. Since the uniforms we have on right now aren't really good at all for that.

[ nods and starts drawing on a piece of paper ]

Maybe a baseball cap for starters? Boots, jeans...

That sounds good. I'll leave that to you and draw the kit itself!

[ nabbing a BLT from the table and staring at the art stuff ]

[ Suddenly, the table is cleared of all food and a wrapped parcel appears in the center of it. More instructions have appeared on the letter, and the Green Knight's voice fills the room again:

"Now, Heroes . . . open your gift. Once you have examined it, make a guess as to which team designed it for you." ]

[it's a huge fat derpy fluffy laternowl plush, big enough to use as a body pillow! it has a little glowing light inside, but if you don't want it to be a nightlight at the moment, you can just button the wings down so it looks like they're folded up, concealing the light, and cuddle it like that instead.]

Oh, guessing. This is where I need to talk to more people, huh?

[ pokes the fluffy owl plush ]

I kinda like it, though.

It's cute! Someone was really clever too, making it a light! Even if we don't guess right, can we keep it?

Man, I hope so. I think it's neat.

I don't know whole teams... only people here and there. [ scratches his head ] Um.... if I had to take a wild guess, not Tiger's Eye?

Yeah, I'm not sure they'd do something like this. Well, the only team I know for sure that likes cute things too is Kunzite.

You wanna go with them for lack of options, then?

I don't think it's a bad idea, looking at our options.
