[ You find yourself within a great hall. It's not much warmer inside than it was outside, unless you move closer to the fireplace. However, on the long table at the back of the room, there is a great feast spread out. Every delicious food or drink that you could desire is somehow there.

At the head of the table, you'll find a sealed letter, paper in all the colors of the rainbow, and some crafting supplies. ]

I was thinking everything could be in packets. Small square ones, to keep it uniform, yank 'em out from the bottom.

But how easy to refill about that be? I don't know about those things, but the other stuff is usually in bottles, aren't they?

[Pause.] Though that would also mean it would be more clunky in where it needs to be, in which case the packets WOULD be more useful for getting somewhere else.

I wonder if having little mini-containers in it would be viable? Refillable from something bigger, but then you could still have the little packs to take where you need them to go?

... No to all of that. You can just make it that you fill it from the top, so that you just drop the squares in. It's not hard to refill them—just do a quest for the exact items. You're overthinking this in the wrong way.

[grabs the drawing and does up a sketch. there is one big rectangle with several rectangles side by side with squares inside of them, which are flat, which an opening at the bottom that can be opened up to remove one square at a time]

Yeah, should be. We'll just make sure the first round of it comes completely filled so they don't have to worry for a while.

[Making a few notes for things like that on the edge of the sheet. U-used to blueprints, you make notes like that.]

We may also want to make it round? You know, have it on a stand so it can spin. More compartments, better utilization of space.
