Right, so we shouldn't worry.

But for our riddle, maybe something like . . . What's round and tart with skin that's thin? I think using the color will make it too obvious. Thin skin is different enough from other fruit.

Tart is a taste, which will immediately clue them in that it's food. The skin part is alright, but just how many different fruits are available here? They'd figure it out quick enough.

I wonder if you can take out the 'tart' and still have it make sense...if it doesn't have a direct association with food, then that might be trickier.
