KNIGHTS

There is cauldron in the center over your area. The walls are tinged in your team's colors, but besides the cauldron, it's bare.

The water in the cauldron is glowing faintly.

Then, Nimue speaks, and as she speaks, the cauldron begins to reflect her vision.

"There lies a kingdom in ruin... Through no fault of its own. All of its inhabitants dead, or lost to the world. Though it lies in ruin, you can see the the faint remnants of the beauty it once contained."

A pause, her voice sounds fainter now.

"Heroes... you have choices that we do not. How... would you use them...?"

Sure sounds like it. I still don't see why we can't just restore it, though? well, it's not like what Noble said was wrong about it just being a ruin now either... would it even be the same kingdom if it was restored?

It wouldn't be, naturally, but it makes it a space that can be lived in again. The new inhabitants can determine for themselves what the kingdom would be.

Aah, a memorial kind of thing is not a bad idea! You rebuild around it, and then make the ruins that aren't too dangerous special historical memorial sites!

Yeah! Like, when a ton of people die by sickness, or by war, and they were just victims... that kind of thing is natural to respect.

...my answer would be to make a memorial and restore what we could with our own hands. But in the end it'll come down to people who love that kingdom, too.

I agree with Lloyd. It's the people within the kingdom that will best determine what happens in the end, even if we rebuild what is possible.
