There is cauldron in the center over your area. The walls are tinged in your team's colors, but besides the cauldron, it's bare.

The water in the cauldron is glowing faintly.

Then, Nimue speaks, and as she speaks, the cauldron begins to reflect her vision.

"There lies a kingdom in ruin... Through no fault of its own. All of its inhabitants dead, or lost to the world. Though it lies in ruin, you can see the the faint remnants of the beauty it once contained."

A pause, her voice sounds fainter now.

"Heroes... you have choices that we do not. How... would you use them...?"

"What would you do for this kingdom now?"

"You may choose as you see fit the fate that you would believe... it deserves."

"You may ask me any questions."

"And I, in turn, may ask you questions for your answer."

For a kingdom like that...I would say, we should restore it. Even if everyone is gone, that doesn't mean someone new can't make it their home.

"But how would you bring new people there...? What can be done to erase the pain of what once stood?"

Well, I don't know what happened there before. Just that its in ruins. Even if that's the case, new beginnings are always a reason for people to travel. To find a new place to make their home, something they can build for themselves. Isn't that a good enough reason? Sometimes it's as simple as that.

"And what of those that worry about resting over the spirits of those killed unjustly?"

I don't think it would do anything for their memories to leave the place empty. Weren't they fighting to protect a place full of life and the happiness of the people there? Then the best thing for it would be to bring people back so they can live there once more.

"What could you offer them to go there?"

A home. It would be a home, obviously. That's the most important thing.

"A home... But what of food, safe drink, safe walls, protection, laws, governance...?"

I'm not going to be running it, I don't know those kinds of things. I'll ask Zen what goes into all of that, though.

"But a home alone is not enough."

But it's a start. Without a home, it's hard to do anything else. And from there everyone can move forward.

"I see..."

"The kingdom was once a great kingdom, filled with loyal subjects, and guarded by a fair king and his chivalrous knights."

The cauldron begins to reflect this, rewinding in time.

"However, there is a traitor in their midst, who seeks to destroy them. How would you prevent this?"

Isn't it a contradiction to have loyal subjects and a fair king, but also a traitor? The traitor has no reason to betray anyone if things are like that.

"Do you know him...?"

No. But being a traitor probably means he isn't very happy with the way things are. So...find some way to fix that.

"But how, if you do not know why...?"

Then I'll ask!

"Who?"

The traitor, obviously.

"How would you know who he is?"

I'll just have to talk to everyone to see who it is.

"I see... And once you've found him... if his problem can't be fixed?"

Why wouldn't we be able to fix it?

"He wants nothing less than the destruction of the kingdom."

Eh?! No, he can't have that at all!

"Then what... would we do...?"

Put him in jail.

"I see..."

"Our king is but a young boy-- barely able to lift a sword... and yet he now bears the weight of a mighty kingdom on his shoulders."

The image in the cauldron is of a young boy, awkward and gawky, yet he wears a crown upon his head, even as he seems a bit ill at ease.

"What... would you tell this young boy?"

[looks at him for a minute, thinking...]

I know it can't be easy to take on a burden like that. But if you stand strong and don't give in, I'm sure you can do it. Be kind, gentle, and strong. Rely on the people you can trust to help you do the things you cannot. Help everyone within your reach. Never give up on them, and never give up on yourself.
