There's a sort of spark at the corner of the scroll. Close?

That's it.

A little flame starts at the corner of the scroll, as though someone did touch a candle there, and spreads to consume it. The door swings open.

Inside, you see . . . what seems to be a very large storage room? Everything in here looks old, warped, rusting and tarnished, breaking down. A pair of huge copper cages, bunches of brass and copper and gold keys, a big lump of copper with several hand-sized dents in it, lots of dusty wine bottles, cracked glass flowers.

There's a scrap of parchment on the floor, its edges burned.

Fire! Quick, get the frame. [Oh wait it's burning fast :(]

[picking up the parchment fragment]

Yeah that fire's gone way too fast to go get the picture frame.

It's a piece of a picture: several girls'(?) heads and outstretched hands. The faces are blank . . .

...I have no idea.

[shows it to Taisuke and picks up a gold key to look at, curiously]

I don't either.

Well, at least we got Ember out...

It's probably a lot plainer than the Aather keys.

Mm, that's one good thing. I hope he'll find what he wants.

[Pockets the picture just in case, looking at the cages]

The flower is a glass love-lies-bleeding, also familiar.

The cages are . . . really quite massive, more than large enough to hold a team. Lloyd might recognize them as being from her first game.

Before you can get a really close look at them, though, the world tips over.
