[Carnival Haunted House - Group One]
[At the carnival, there's a wooden facade of an old two-story school building. A bit like this, but made of wood and paint and pretty much two-dimensional save for the overhang jutting out over the door. There's a hand-painted sign in front of it:]
H A U N T E D S C H O O L
You must be this tall to enter.
WARNING: Children under the age of ❚❚, people who are pregnant, and those with heart conditions should not ❚❚❚❚❚❚❚❚❚❚help❚❚.
[There's no indication of how tall "this tall" is. Oh well.]

THE FIRST CLASSROOM
[A sense of gloom hangs over this classroom. Desks for the students and the teacher still stand facing the blackboard, but they're all covered in a thick layer of dust. There are windows on the far side of the room, but they're so opaque that they barely provide illumination at all.
There is a vase of flowers on each desk, and papers scattered around the room.]

THE SECOND CLASSROOM
[You enter the back of another classroom. There is a child-- no, a child-sized mannequin?-- in a school uniform sitting in each desk. Each of them, including the adult-sized mannequin at the front, is wearing a rabbit mask. The "teacher" is posed holding a pointer to the blackboard, where it's written:
You know how Miffy's mouth is shaped "x". But do you know why it's shaped like that??
It's because Miffy once tried to eat her friend and so her father sewed her mouth up in the shape of x!
A helpful illustration accompanies the text.
There's a door at the front of the classroom, on the right wall.]

THE THIRD CLASSROOM
[You open the door and immediately step into murky water up to your ankles. Lichen covers the walls of this classroom and creeps up the legs of the desks and chairs. Countless teruteru bouzu dolls hang from the ceiling down to about the height of your shoulders.
Oddly, the water doesn't flow past the door's threshhold.]

THE STAIRWAY
[You emerge on the other side of the chair barricade! The stairs lead to a small landing, then turn and continue upwards. Your usual school flight of steps. They creak ominously when you step on them. Someone seems to have written on the walls of the landing in red crayon...]

THE BATHROOM
[You head up the stairs... directly into a bathroom. There's a red crayon seam between the edge of the staircase and the bathroom, but otherwise it's a normal school bathroom. Ugly tile that's just that teensy bit too dirty for comfort, sinks with exposed copper piping against the right wall, stalls against the left.]

THE STAFF LOUNGE
[This looks like the staff lounge. Several long tables run horizontally across the room, with areas obviously marked off for each teacher.
Or they would, if everything wasn't in complete chaos in the center of the room. Sitting on top of the pile is an old-fashioned TV.]
