When you draw close to your team's tree, a dark cloak closes around everyone. If you get too close, there's a strong chill. If you ignore that, it still looks like a nice morning outside, bright and warm. So, it might be better to just stay with your team and tree . . . With a faint rustle, the flowers of the tree start to change and turn colors, dying into many vivid shades.

Okay, first task! I'm making this easy on you, but try to have some fun with it, alright? If I fall asleep, then you're going to have a tough time, riiight? Now, you've got all kinds of colors, but you've got the same tree. So, what's up with that? Tell me what they mean, pick what that says to you. Give me a story or a few words as long as it works for you.

I'm the only one here, so apparently you get my personal free associations.

White is purity.

Red is blood.

Yellow is the sun.

Green is the forest.

Blue is the ocean.

Purple is an iris.

Black is death.

[When you finish reciting your meanings, baskets appear. Lots and lots of baskets, too many baskets . . . The largest baskets have team names scrawled on leaves inside them. The smaller baskets have names of knights present scrawled on the leaves inside of them.]

Now, part two! So, we've got some nice flowers with different colors, and they mean all kinds of things . . . Let's spread the love around. Pick a few flowers, not all of them, a few! Then, decide who you want me to deliver them to. How about five of each color for the teams . . . And why don't you give the knights some, too. You can pick five for them and decide who gets your flowers.

[[Here's the breakdown: You have a total of thirty-five flowers, five of each color, to give to teams. You can give one team all of your flowers, all of your yellow flowers, a mix of flowers, only one flower, or none at all. You can mix and match to your hearts content, just mark where each flower goes.

For the knight's flowers, you can pick one of five colors, so you will miss out on two colors. Then, you specify which knight you would like them delivered to. Likewise, you can give a knight all five, a few, just one, or none.]]

Flowers. If I'd known we were giving them away, I wouldn't have chosen morbid meanings for some of them.

Maybe some teams would appreciate morbid flowers?

Maybe... anyway, do you have any teams you'd really like to make sure we give flowers to? There's really only Coral and maybe Turquoise for me, and then we can spread the rest around however.

I definitely want to give some flowers to Peridot. Maybe Coral and Tiger's Eye as well.

Coral should get all of the purples. Turquoise can have at least some of the greens.

Sounds good to me. How about giving all the blues to Peridot?

I'm fine with that. Tiger's Eye could have some of the yellows... and then we'd just try to balance the rest of the flowers' meanings for other teams, maybe?

Yeah, I think that's the best way to go about this. If we give Turquoise and Tiger's Eye both three flowers, that leaves nineteen flowers to divide among nine teams. That'd be three to one of them, and two to each of the rest.

Sure. Why don't you pick and assign them colors, since I did the teams. That way everything's been fairly delegated.
