Ruby

When you draw close to your team's tree, a dark cloak closes around everyone. If you get too close, there's a strong chill. If you ignore that, it still looks like a nice morning outside, bright and warm. So, it might be better to just stay with your team and tree . . . With a faint rustle, the flowers of the tree start to change and turn colors, dying into many vivid shades.

Okay, first task! I'm making this easy on you, but try to have some fun with it, alright? If I fall asleep, then you're going to have a tough time, riiight? Now, you've got all kinds of colors, but you've got the same tree. So, what's up with that? Tell me what they mean, pick what that says to you. Give me a story or a few words as long as it works for you.

Uh... white could be hope, I guess? Since white is a ... a color, that is bright. Or, even if it isn't color, it is still bright.

So, hope could be a thing.

Red could be anger, since, red is supposed to be the color of anger? Or, it seems like an angry color, which is kind of fitting for Ruby, or, what Ruby used to be, so, I can see that.

Yellow could be... sunshine? Or, maybe just something warm, which is a good feeling, since, I like things that are warm.

Green could be growth? Since, it's the color of plants, and plants grow.

Blue is...

Uh. I don't know what blue could be yet.

If I went with blood colors, that would be me thinking of Vriska, and.

Uh. I am really unsure about Vriska. So, let's ignore that I associate Vriska with blue.

Okay, blue...

The sky is blue, and there are clouds there, so... soft things? Since, there are soft things in the sky, even if the soft things are usually white, and not blue, but what is important is that they are in the blue sky.

Or, maybe not.

Blue is hard, for a reason that I am not sure about.

Water, I guess. Water can be blue, even if it is mostly clear, but I am going to say it is blue for the purpose of this, so maybe refreshing, since, water can be refreshing sometimes.

Purple is hard, and, I am still unsure about my associations with purple, because of Eridan, and how uncomfortable he made me.

There has to be something that I associate with purple, that does not actually include Eridan.

Wait, no, that is still associating it with Eridan.

Uhhhhhh...

I am going to associate it with comforting things, since I am going to assume that there is a purple animal out there, and then I will leave it at that.

And, I guess black can be darkness. Or negative things? Since, black can be seen as negative, I guess.

Okay, negative is now a thing, for that.

Okay. I think that means that I am done, then.

White is a color that is bright, so, I am just going to go with hope. Since hope is supposed to be bright, and stuff like that.

Red is anger, since, red is kind of an angry color, and, I guess that could be associated with Ruby, when I first got here, since they were angry, and we were the only red team when that happened.

Yellow is ... warm, because it reminds me of sunshine, and sunshine is warm.

Green is... growth, because, it reminds me of plants, and plants grow, so, that is why it is growth.

Blue is definitely not Vriska, and, it is actually refreshing, which Vriska is not. But, what I mean by refreshing, is that water can be refreshing when you drink it, and while water is mostly clear, it usually looks blue, so, that is why with that.

Purple is comfort, because there is probably an animal that is purple somewhere, and, I will just associate purple with that, because I can. And, that does not include purple fish, in this one scenario.

Black can be negative things, because... it's dark, and, I guess it can be seen as negative.

Now, part two! So, we've got some nice flowers with different colors, and they mean all kinds of things . . . Let's spread the love around. Pick a few flowers, not all of them, a few! Then, decide who you want me to deliver them to. How about five of each color for the teams . . . And why don't you give the knights some, too. You can pick five for them and decide who gets your flowers.

Okay, I will just start with Coral. I could give them yellow and purple, because they seem like the things that those flowers mean.

So, the total is two flowers.

I guess I will skip Ruby, so that isn't a thing.

I will give Jasper a green one, because, they are new, and they are still growing as a team? And, they have grown, too.

Citrine can have... red and white?

Uh.

Shit, I don't actually know anything, about Carnelian.

Maybe I can just give them a white one, as in, hope to get to know them, or something.

Tiger's Eye can have yellow. And purple.

Heliodor can have the same as Jasper, for the same reasons.

So... I guess Peridot can have... white, and blue, and yellow, and purple.

Emerald can have... yellow and green.

Turquoise can have... er, blue and purple.

Sapphire can have the same thing, that I just gave Turquoise.

...

Iolite can have red, and black.

Amethyst can have yellow, and green.

And... Kunzite can have... blue.
