Through the doors, you find yourselves in a small circular room that seems to be decorated much in the same way as the ring is decorated today. The curtains are in alternating colors of your teams, and in the center stand are three surprisingly lifelike, but faceless sculptures. They stand with their backs to one another, facing out to the chairs. About each of their necks is a cord that holds a sign written in a fine, looping cursive.

Guys, I don't think we have to do it.

She said it would be a weak willed person who determines a suitable punishment and not be able to carry it out with their own hands.

That punishment she gave us is the one SHE determined, not us. If anyone has to do it, it's her because it's the one SHE determined.

But we didn't. And wouldn't looking away from the punishment we decided be weak just because we got scared of punishment?

I'll do both.

If the knight wants to take the gamble, I'd rather challenge her to put her money where her mouth is.

We made our choice. Just stepping back from them because she said so seems wrong. None of us should do it because none of us chose it.

"A punishment not delivered from your own hands will hold no weight at all." I am not going to risk every hand in this room to save one.

Delivered from the hands of the one who determined the punishment. We didn't determine it.

She'd be breaking her own rules.

She said we were missing the point. I think that means she decided the punishment wasn't suitable, and replaced it with another one that she said was suitable... I guess we could still try to make her do it herself...

I'd rather he didn't have to lose it at all.

But I don't think it's right for any of us to do it since we didn't determine the punishment. If he wants to take that gamble, then we can challenge her...but it seems wrong to have our choices ignored.

... We got kidnapped here. Why would they care about our choices?

And they do have rules.

She's been evasive and vague and she goes on about how the rules have been laid out. THAT was her rule. Going against it would mean even her rules are lies.

When I got here, I was warned against this Persona. She was put up on a list that also included ones who kill people.

I'd rather not tempt fate. Let's just do what she says.

They still have rules. They have roles and they can't break it. Lying in their rules, when she was so clear...that doesn't seem likely.

I'd rather not do it at all. But if people insist and he agrees...maybe we can see if she'll take the challenge.

She's trying to frighten us. But isn't that weak willed, to hurt others just because you're scared?

Aren't a lot of them getting punished for crimes they committed because they were emotional?
