Coral + Tiger's Eye

Through the doors, you find yourselves in a small circular room that seems to be decorated much in the same way as the ring is decorated today. The curtains are in alternating colors of your teams, and in the center stand are three surprisingly lifelike, but faceless sculptures. They stand with their backs to one another, facing out to the chairs. About each of their necks is a cord that holds a sign written in a fine, looping cursive.

D'you think tripping would count?

You could give it a shot.

[almost immediately dropping to the ground, aiming a sweeping kick at Bart's feet in an attempt to trip him. he's relying more on speed and surprise than power for it to work, but it's a decent kick]

[is definitely taken aback by that, tripping and flailing with his arms--and as he goes down, grabbing onto Kit's shoulder]

--whoa!

[-- yelps in surprise and tumbles down right on top of him with a loud and painful sounding crash]

[THUD]

Ow...

[sitting on top of him |( rubbing his own head]

. . . you weren't supposed to take me with you!

I was surprised! Sorry...

Surprise was the point! Geez. . . power isn't everything, y'know.

You gotta point, at least... are you hurt?

[waves a hand]

'M fine. I've had worse.

[remains sitting on him though so Sieh can do the punching]

[sat on]

[MAN THIS SUCKS]

So. Larceny and smuggling, huh?

I'm a pirate.

[wry smile]

Between you and me, out of all the crimes we've been given, larceny is the one I'm least qualified to punish.

Hey, yeah?

[moves to release Bart once Sieh is done, offering him a hand to help him up]

But that's just between you and me.

[takes it and gets up]

That so?

It just might be.

Your secret's safe with me.

I had a feeling it would be.

[relaxing a bit with the conversation, but his shoulders are still a little tense]
