KUNZITE
You can see the other teams, but there is an invisible barrier preventing you from hearing them. You can assume that they can't hear you, either. There is a hefty serving of sweet wine and liquor (and tea, for you), should you choose it. With a loaf of bread that you can slice. Nimue is in the center of the formation of teams, and when she speaks, you can hear her loud and clear.
"Storytelling has been a tradition of the knights of Camelot for some time. They would tell of the awesome feats of their king, and of their fellow knights... and... they were also prone to exaggeration in some cases."
There appears a small set of cards next to the liquor. You can read them, or you can implicitly understand them if you can't read.
"What feats have the heroes of Aather accomplished, I wonder? And what... exaggerations they may take? Before you, you will find prompts for your tales. You will write one for yourselves, for a set of knights, and for another team. I will select the most inspiring, as will your peers."
She tilts her head. "Ah, perhaps it is bad to encourage grandstanding..."
But before you can ask her, she vanishes.

Re: YOUR KNIGHT'S STORY...
It had been a special assignment from Beauty. A new quest for all the teams, for new team uniforms of their choice. Ace and Flynn hadn't meant to go together, it was just coincidence. When they first entered the Hall of Doors, they both approached Iolite. Ace moved to talk to Ruby. However, both teams were out.
They met again when they both ended up going to Emerald. This time Flynn went to Peridot.
Again, both teams were out. In fact, it seemed they had the worst timing as no one was in, or at least no one who would answer the door. Defeated, they both left the Hall of Doors, trying to decide what to do. After all, they had a duty as knights to inform teams of the quest.
Then they saw the gathering around the Ring. A game was going on! They approached. Perhaps they could deliver the message then. Except the game was not one to be interrupted. Everyone was being made to speak in a certain way. Some would lie, some would speak truths, a few couldn't be understood at all, speaking in some alien language.
With all the rampant lies and truths, some fights broke out. A few people got really mad and some scuffles broke out. Some merely threw a discarded piece of clothing at others, sometimes it was a fist.
Flynn and Ace tried to stop the fights. It was only to be expected they got a bit battered themselves.
They decided to wait for the tempers to die down before delivering the messages and tried to discreetly leave. Except a random book was thrown, hitting Ace, who fell into Flynn and they fell into the water.
Unfortunately, teatime came right after the game. People were hurrying home, trying to avoid the monsters. So wet and covered in sand, Ace and Flynn moved to beat back the monsters attacking the less capable heroes.
They had more bruises to go with the previous set and now cuts as well.
Still, they made it through tea time and helped all the heroes. Surely now they could do their quest!
Except it started to rain.
It was at that point they decided it could wait until tomorrow and decided to head back to Sterling. Surely that was it.
Except even their linen was in wash.
So they were bruised, battered, cold, wet, and oh so very miserable.
It had been a very bad day.
And unlike the teams, the knights don't have that feeling of close compansionship. It was such a sad state. If they were on a team, they'd have a teammate wrap a blanket around them and offer them a warm drink.
But not this time.
And Flynn, such a noble and kind soul, saw how miserable his fellow knight was. Who would help warm Ace up, and make such a terrible day seem better? Even if knights are meant to support heroes, even knights need support sometime.
A crazy idea occurred to Flynn. One that caused him to blush and feel awkward, but that was just how he was. He couldn't very well leave his fellow knight without support though. So he gathered his courage and stepped in front of Ace.
He gently touched his cheek and grabbed his hand. "I'll keep you warm tonight." And led him to his room.
Maybe the bad day wasn't so bad after all.
