The whole place seems pretty incomplete, but certainly liveable. Though it looks like there are a lot of projects that are half-abandoned, not being worked on at all... you can't look up far enough to see what's on the second level, the pit down has a lot of scaffolding and platforms but is possibly unstable. The doors all have very different frameworks. One seems roped off, another is offset by columns.
The area seems to be completely dependent on the engineer at work's style and preferences... as you look around, the station built like a skating park littered with A-T may catch your eye. There's a small blond engineer doing the rounds on the support structures.
