I had a feeling. . . well, thanks. I'll take a look around.

[heading for the interrogation room]

The interrogation room is empty.

[. . . hffff. steps back out to inspect some file cabinets next. pulls one open to see what's inside]

It's filled with forms like these.

[. . . pulls one out and folds it up, slipping it into his pockets before he heads over to one of the unoccupied desks to see what's on top of it]

There's a television set.

. . . the hell is this?

[pokes the screen]

It does not poke back. But there's a button!

[buttons require pressing. presses the button]

The television shows a montage.

A detective?

[thaaat sure is private though. . . moving away from the television to inspect the lobby]

The lobby has four chairs surrounding a low coffee table, and a bench with a coffee maker. The chairs are all oddly flesh-colored, however.

The legs of the chair are... legs.

. . . well that's new.

[are the legs removable. . .]

Yep. It looks like one of them has already been removed.

There's coffee in the coffee machine, and some plastic cups with sugar and creamer next to it.

[pours himself a cub, adding some sugar and cream to it, and then taking a sip]

A memory rushes through you.

[. . . noooo don't want to pry anymore. frowns and places the cup down, hoisting, picking up his leg and heading back to the working Naoto]

Thanks. I think I'm done here. You sure you don't know where I might be able to find a suitable heart placement?

She blinks at him.

"Ah... I'm afraid not, no. What are you going to do with that...?"

Hope that a replacement leg will suffice. . .?

"... I doubt it will, but good luck."

[s-sigh]

[BACK TO THE HUB and heads. . . back into "management."]
