She's back to diagram-drawing, this time anatomically correct but still not drawn terribly well.

The projector is on, and cycling through some slides. There’s an image of a young girl in a hospital bed, an older man in a hospital gown yelling at a medical intern, the same man lying on the ground in the middle of the street after what looks like a nasty car accident, and another man with a very unsettling smile.
