Room 2: Peridot, Coral, Sapphire, Tiger's Eye, Kunzite

[When you enter the rooms, they're fairly open and large, with enough space to spread out. On the walls are posters with a list on them:

1. Trickery/mischief?
2. Love?
3. Truth?
4. Snakes?
5. Masks?

Can you ask a question when it depends on the last thing asked? Asked thusly, what would you say? Say what you would freely, or falter? Falter on the same word, or manage to soar?

There is a strange humming sense of expectation in the air.]

((We're playing the questions game with a twist! Each question needs to start with the needs to begin with the last word of the previous question, like in the IC example above. There is a list of themes and starter questions if you'd feel more comfortable springboarding that way -- using one of our starters will not lose you points! You'll have the standard five hours, after which we'll cut you off, but you can pretty much go wild and have as many question conversations as you feel like before you call it quits and head to endgame..))

Seen, no, at least not this obviously, since it's usually more discreet?

[personal profile] glorious 2012-09-09 03:12 am (UTC)(link)
Discreet rarely happens in a game of secrets, which I hope you haven't been called to play before?
shednotearsformagic: (...what?)

[personal profile] shednotearsformagic 2012-09-09 03:37 am (UTC)(link)
Before now, a few times, but the only time I learned secrets, we were told without the person knowing, so it's only natural I'm surprised some are obvious?
glorious: (aggravation)

[personal profile] glorious 2012-09-09 03:49 am (UTC)(link)
Obvious is merely a change of pace to them -- doesn't it keep things interesting?
shednotearsformagic: (You could be more adult)

[personal profile] shednotearsformagic 2012-09-09 03:59 am (UTC)(link)
Interesting does seem to be their goal, they do like to play, don't they?
glorious: (intrigue)

[personal profile] glorious 2012-09-09 04:05 am (UTC)(link)
They do seem to attempt to outdo one another in creativity, unless you believe something else is going on?
shednotearsformagic: (...what?)

[personal profile] shednotearsformagic 2012-09-09 04:20 am (UTC)(link)
On their level or some level beyond, who knows, but it almost seems like the better policy to assume they can just be childish?
glorious: (interest)

[personal profile] glorious 2012-09-09 04:31 am (UTC)(link)
Childish is an interesting choice of words, do you consider them to be that way?
shednotearsformagic: (You could be more adult)

[personal profile] shednotearsformagic 2012-09-09 04:47 am (UTC)(link)
Way too childish for people meant to be in charge, and far too secretive, it all seems rather suspicious, doesn't it?
glorious: (drug)

[personal profile] glorious 2012-09-09 04:58 am (UTC)(link)
It could be suspicious, but have you heard of their roles?
shednotearsformagic: (What is this?)

[personal profile] shednotearsformagic 2012-09-09 05:08 am (UTC)(link)
Roles, yes, but a role in a story is still rather vague, isn't it?
glorious: (interest)

[personal profile] glorious 2012-09-09 05:15 am (UTC)(link)
It's very clear to me; when you're given a part in a story you are meant to play it our exactly as it's written, isn't that right?
shednotearsformagic: (...what?)

[personal profile] shednotearsformagic 2012-09-09 05:27 am (UTC)(link)
Right makes it sound so simple, but the fact is, cliches exist in the world, but they're not always boring, are they?
glorious: (drug)

[personal profile] glorious 2012-09-09 05:39 am (UTC)(link)
They can be interesting, certainly, but don't you believe that their hold over us would be strong in a place such as this?
shednotearsformagic: (Now let's see....)

[personal profile] shednotearsformagic 2012-09-09 05:48 am (UTC)(link)
This is my point, the fact the cliches still exist, but they can be made not boring, because you take a cliche and interpret yourself, as cliches are vague enough to do so, so even if they have roles, I don't buy they can be that limited by something so vaguely defined, do you see my point?
glorious: (precipice)

...

Point yourself to the east and follow the path, there you will find prosperity beyond your wildest imagination; now with a promise like that wouldn't you want to follow that path without straying too far?
shednotearsformagic: (...what?)

[personal profile] shednotearsformagic 2012-09-09 06:09 am (UTC)(link)
Far is the question, how far does the path go, how far each way does the path go, and would it not be foolish to follow a path without exploring it at least a little bit to know where you are?
