But I won't stop you if we decide it has to be Ruby or Peridot. Just like how if it should be Coral, we'll vote for them, too.

I would love the luxury of not being the one to have to cast the vote in a game I didn't even want to play, but I wouldn't want to make you feel sad about it, so consider it done.

Enlighten me. What assumptions am I making now? What noble reason is there justifying why my friends are expendable but yours aren't?

They're not my friends, but more importantly, no one is expendable. I will not fight that option if we have to take it, but I won't vote for them myself.
