You find yourself in a beautiful red room, the edges of each wall adorned with real gold accents. At the center of the room is a long table, several chairs on either side of it, perfect for very serious conferences. In the middle of the table is a plate of strawberry jam tarts atop it, one per teammate present.

In the corner of the room is a hole in the ground, only large enough for a small animal to fit through. Next to it is a flat iron bar, curled at its tip, where a golden bell has been hung from it.

Finally, on one wall is a large poster which reads (or you find read aloud to you, if you cannot read):

Sing a song of sixpence, a pocket full of rye,
Four and twenty blackbirds baked into a pie.
When the pie was opened, the birds began to sing.
Oh, isn't that a dainty dish to set before a King?

The King was in his counting house counting out his money,
The Queen was in the parlour eating bread and honey.
The Maid was in the garden hanging out the clothes,
When down came a blackbird and pecked off her nose!

Mm, it's possible he was manipulated! You can't count that kind of thing out.

And he really shouldn't be punished if it really was someone else's fault.

Exactly. If it's not his fault, I refuse to let him be punished!

...so the question is, do WE believe he wasn't part of the Blackbirds. This is new information and it either means he should be let go...or should be held at fault.

I... don't know. Is there anything at all that shows him as innocent?

They say things like he's only irritated and spiteful. The knowledge of it being poisonous wasn't public. And it is called a mistake.

It's kind of shakey ground to prove he didn't want to kill him.

Kind of. Being irritated doesn't mean he wants to kill someone, though, so I think it would be safe to say that?

Maybe...

[But I'm gonna call everyone's attention since...this should be group talk.]
