JASPER
There is a small enclave for you, with ribbons hung in your team colors. There are chairs in a circle to sit, and a small basket with three sets of cards bound with twine. You instinctively reach for the set that is supposed to be done first, and the other two cannot be untied, no matter what you do.
Nimue's voice speaks softly to you.
"Thank you... for playing my game... I would like to get to know you better, heroes. So... I propose questions and answers. Before you are three sets of cards with different questions on them. You will know which ones come first."
She pauses and then continues, a bit more confident now.
"You may answer them. You may not. You may only tell the person that has asked the question, or you may tell all of Aather, for any others curious. You will be rewarded for your bravery, and honesty. I would prefer... more than a yes or no answer... but you may choose that, as well..."

ANSWER
Re: ANSWER
I intend to win games and gain back my memories. I intend to reveal the truth, even if that means tearing it away from those who would try to hide it. And I intend to take revenge on those who would obstruct my way.
Anyone on Jasper who prevents my success will have to pay. Of course, Citrine still needs to pay as well, for their idiocy. Beatrice on Peridot is a false witch who uses lies and illusions to make herself appear powerful, and we've already agreed we're opponents, and a serious fight lies in our future. Battler on Emerald is an idiot who comes out on top through persistence and dumb luck, and he'll have to be shown that at some point as well. Vincent on Iolite is a murderer who keeps secrets close to his chest, and it would be fun to tear them all away. Well, that's what I have planned for the immediate future. There's nothing to say other people won't make the list.
Of course, that's all just to occupy myself for the moment. I won't be satisfied here until I've made the personae regret inviting Furudo Erika to play in their games. With them, too, I'll learn the truth behind their vagueness and stories... the truth behind this world.
As for how far I'll go to accomplish those things... it doesn't really make sense to measure something like that in distance, does it? If the truth is there, I'll find it. If I can win, I'll do it. People's feelings mean nothing to me except as motives, and for the way their faces look after I reveal what they're hiding. What would limits do for anyone...? And death is meaningless here, so don't try to tell me I wouldn't care if our whole team died. Obviously that's something I'd like to avoid, because it would be inconvenient and more likely than not lose us games. Setting standards other than that is pointless. If you try to make yourself feel like you're a better person for caring about that, you're deluding yourself. And I'll tear away that delusion too.

The common questions should be easy enough to answer publicly.

Do you think I'd be the last one?

Re: ANSWER
Re: ANSWER
I said before, Persona, Ash, that information isn't free, and I hope you understand that I don't divulge the contents of this answer very lightly. Ash, I'd ask for your word that you won't mention a word of this to anyone, under any circumstances, for any price--and I hope that will be enough, for an honest person such as yourself, but if not, understand that if you do give away what isn't yours to give, there will be unpleasant consequences.
I have no leverage over a Persona, and I don't know whether you treat your word as your bond, but I'd ask the same of you, madam, if you're willing to give it.
[and taking a deep breath to compose himself]
The short answer is that yes, prior to the incident Ash is discussing, I had . . . taken a memory that surpsised and--disturbed me greatly, I suppose. In my past, I was a weak and pathetic sort of person, who relied on a purpose to survive and saw no reason to exist outside of that purpose . . . later, I lost that purpose, and still later, I came to realize the foolishness of my former ways. The memory I had taken occurred after the former incident but before the latter--I had suspected something like the past I just told you, prior to this, but that memory was confirmation of my suspicions in a fashion that I found unpleasant, so to speak.
I had changed from that person, prior to my arrival here, and I continue to change as I spend time in this world. I live a full life now, not an empty half-life that holds no weight, and I am my own person. So . . . there's no need for pity or other ostentatious displays of emotion. What's past is past, and I'm quite satisfied with my life as it is now.
. . . I hope that answer satisfied you both, and understand--again--that it was told to you in confidence.
[will head up to the podium for the other two]
