JASPER
[After the requisite amount of time, a blinding flash fills your vision. When it clears again, you find yourself standing (or sitting, for the less balanced among you) on the beach … except you’re a hell of a lot smaller. And the sand dunes are a hell of a lot bigger.
You and your knights are each approximately an inch tall, with exceptions made for the lucky dragons and other large non-humanoids, who are the correct size, proportionally. A large flat stretch of sand is on one side of you, with a fresh mound of easily moldable sand next to that. Not that there’s any shortage of sand on the beach. In addition to that, you will find a box full of tools that you can use to craft your sandcastles, including shovels in all shapes and sizes, buckets, cups, and other basic sand stuff. There is also a box labeled SPECIAL SUPPLIES, which has the following items in it:
+ One flag (in team colors)
+ One collapsible drawbridge (push the button to make it life-size)
+ One collapsible portcullis (same as the drawbridge)
+ One cute plastic dragon (person-height)
+ One packet of “instant moat” (just add water!)
You will find that all the tools work at amazing speeds with very little effort. Constructing an epic multi-story castle is very doable even within this short time frame.]

If you sneak past the dragon and enter the portcullis, you'll find yourself swimming in a broad and elaborate maze-turned moat -- the setup is like this, though the maze is all sweeping, organic loops and whorls (and made of sand, of course.)
There are some dead-ends with sand islands raised out of the water: on some are crude representations of buildings! This one has sand bacon, so it must be the food hall; another, with crude sand bookshelves and little seaweed books, is a library. On others are more seaweed arranged to look sort of like trees and bushes: gardens.
If you find the single path through the watery maze, or get the dragon to fly you to the middle, you reach the imposingly high central tower. The maze feeds into a round moat around the base of the tower, but the tower doorway is a drawbridge that opens onto yet another sand island, presumably for the dragon and any passengers. The inside of the tower is full of little sand stairs leading up to the top; the outside of the tower has been decorated with seaweed that mimics the loops and whorls of the maze, and a Citrine and a Jasper bead have been inset up its length to suggest round windows.
The gardens, outer buildings and the inside of the tower are all populated with little people made of seaweed. Some of them may have as many as seven limbs, but there's nothing odd about that, surely. . .?
(OUTSIDE ITEMS: glass bottle, beads in all team colours, seaweed! Also used all of the special supplies in the box.)
